if it takes you to a screen saying "Raising,Soiling etc" than make sure your logged in and try again if it comes up "welcome to our attractive server than congratulations!, your in and will be promoted to op asap. As for the skins, the MC servers are migrating and i cannot see if it has worked so thats on hold atm
